Here are some important details and instructions for your paper presentation:

- Presentation Duration: Each paper presentation is allocated a total of 7 minutes, including time for your presentation and Q&A. To ensure you have sufficient time for both, we recommend aiming for a presentation of around 5 minutes. Your presentation should adhere to the provided template, which can be downloaded from this link: https://link.uit.edu.vn/j0h3k.
- Poster Session: Following the keynote talks, there will be a poster session. Every paper presenter is required to participate in this session. Your poster should adhere to the provided template, which can be downloaded from this link: https://link.uit.edu.vn/mXZXS. The organizing committee will print your poster, and you can collect it at the registration desk upon your arrival.
- Uploading Presentation Materials: To ensure a smooth flow of the conference, we kindly request that you upload your presentation slides and poster by the deadline of August 7, 2024. You can do so using the following links:
