Author Registration 

Each paper *MUST* have at least one Full (IEEE member or IEEE non-member) Registration no later than Mar 15, 2018. Full Registration includes admission to all conference sessions,  tea break, lunch every day, Banquet Dinner for one person, and a copy of MAPR 2018 's Proceedings . One registration covers one paper.

Registration is required for attendees of MAPR 2018. 

Notes:

• An accepted paper must be presented at the conference by its author(s) in order to be published in the Conference Proceedings and IEEE Xplore®. IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented at the conference.
• No cancellations are entertained for those registrations. There will be no refund
